THE LINK BETWEEN PROJETCT MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP AND PROJECT SUCCESS

ABSTRACT

The main endeavour of this paper is to explore and undercover the link between leadership competencies and productive performance on a project. The aspiration was to shed light on key leadership attributes necessary for project success. Every company need a highly qualified manager and in particular leader who will move the organisation forward. This thesis presents a highly reflective and philosophical view of the ideal leadership attributes essentials for project managers. This competencies are grouped in to managerial emotional, and intelligence characteristics. Ideastically , the study was expanded on principle such as projet performance ,leadership behaviors, effective project competences and critical project managers trait.  through the combination of this factors , I established a strong ground of our findings and have introduced a research model that present the relationship between project leadership and element of project success. The research model was carried out using  a survey to further support and validate the data that was explored and evaluate in the research.
