This report was carried out in DAH-KEN GROUP ,which is an enterprise made up of a Hotel that is DK HOTEL ,a mini super market DAH-KEN SARL ,and a bakery CBPS .This structure is a mixed company with activities that towards production ,commercialization and services offered .Therefore ,the profit is gotten from purchase ,transformation of flour to consumer goods , services offered and sales of commodities .The study intended was to assess the
In a multi services Enterprise. The objectives was to find out about how the positive importance of effective human resource control can contribute to the achievement of effective employees performance and the organizational goals and objectives .Human resource control also known as human resource management is described as the control which focuses on employee behavior ,employee performance ,and developing and upholding policies and procedures. The main method of data collection was based on a qualitative research method to have the accuracy of data .finding of the study analysis signify that there is a positive relationship between Human resource control and employee performance in the context of DAH-KEN Group to employees. It was concluded that the importance of human resource control on employees are positive activities that have a great impact on the on performance as it gives jobholder they require skills , knowledge and competence to effectively manage employees performance at work .
