MATERIAL STOCK MANAGEMENT BY MIXED COMPANY CASE OF ENEO CAMROON S.A

ABSTRACT
One of the major parts of the Cameroonian economy is found within companies. They must therefore ensure profitability and sustainability for the proper functioning of the economy. As for ENEO, it’s both an industrial and commercial company that must satisfy the public by supplying electricity. Many are the known maintenance problems (Replacement of wooden poles, replacement of transformers) which require the supply in real time of materials housed in stores of ENEO. Faced with this objective of this focal point of profitability our study will be focused on “The Management of materials stocks by a mixed company”. In the course of our work, we will detail the different methods and approaches of stock management at ENEO, list the multiple problems encountered and make suggestions in relation to the problems posed.
