ABSTRACT
The main purpose and objective of this study is to examine how the organization personnel relate with the customer and the impact of customer service relation on the organizational growth. During the research carried out data was collected which was both primary and secondary to find the solutions to the problem of the study. Study revealed that customer satisfaction enhance customer relation and continuous patronage as well as organizational growth. Some of the recommendation which is to cure is cure language problem and also to improve on security. Having a sole department or strategic business unit in charge of customer’s service relationship, the staffs in the department must be trained, retrained and well-motivated. There should also be customer’s friendliness, friends and family as well all’s allowing the organization ideal and values.
